At 5:00 p.m. embark on a captivating journey around the globe. Discover the wonders of wildlife conservation firsthand, with surprises around every corner. And did we mention the appetizers? Indulge in a variety of delicious bites as you explore, with different stations offering a tantalizing array to satisfy your taste buds.
But the real treat awaits you at 6:00 p.m., when our talented Executive Chef, Jason Jones, presents a gourmet feast like no other. Prepare to be amazed as he skillfully crafts wild game dishes that will transport you to culinary heaven. From savory venison to succulent elk, and even exotic options like bison and gator, each dish is a true masterpiece.
Once dinner is over, the night is yours to enjoy. You can choose to stay inside the Wildlife Center, where live music and cocktails will keep the atmosphere vibrant. For those seeking a cozy and serene experience, gather around the campfire with a cup of homemade hot cocoa and let the night unfold. Or, for the adventurous souls, join us on a lantern-lit 1.1-mile snowshoe/nature hike through the enchanting Legends Ranch property.
